In honor of International Women's Day (IWD) 2024, we are delighted to announce our invitation to curate a special Storytelling show at Vanda Gallery, situated at 379 Huguenot Street in New Rochelle. The event is scheduled for Friday, March 15th, from 6pm to 8pm. Originally established in March of 1911, International Women's Day has evolved over its more than a century-long history into a global month-long celebration and a platform for collective activism. It commemorates the achievements of those who have paved the way for women's rights and acknowledges those who continue to champion gender equality. The theme for IWD 2024 is “INSPIRE INCLUSION,” aligning seamlessly with the mission of Vanda Gallery, a woman-owned establishment committed to cultivating an inclusive space that celebrates diverse artistic voices.
