Our commitment
Vanda Gallery wants everyone to be able to use vandagallery.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.
What we do
Text and buttons have enough colour contrast to read clearly.
Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
Images have text descriptions, and form fields have labels.
Animations are reduced or turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
We check the site with automated accessibility tests and by hand with a keyboard when we make changes. We don't use accessibility overlay widgets.
Known limitations
Some content comes from other companies, such as maps, Instagram posts or the payment page for artist submissions, and we can't fully control how accessible it is. Some older exhibition photos may not have full text descriptions yet. We're working to improve these.
Need help or found a problem?
