Eileen Stodut

Eileen Stodut, an artist with a lifelong passion, excels in depicting everyday moments using a variety of mediums like acrylics, oils, watercolors, clay, collage, and pastels. Residing in New Rochelle, she works in her studio at ArtsWestchester. Here, she produces striking pieces, such as a seasonally inspired oil painting measuring 36 inches by 36 inches, named “The Alienist.” This artwork draws inspiration from a dramatic Victorian-era television show with the same title. It showcases powerful pastel-colored peonies, inviting viewers to envision the forthcoming blossoms of spring.
